1. Refund eligibility (Shared Hosting Only)

Stabledaddy provides a 7-day refund policy on Shared Hosting plans only. Refunds are granted under the following condition:

  • Your website, script, or application does not work properly on our server.
  • Technical issues from our side that prevent your hosting from functioning normally.
Important: Refunds are not provided without a valid reason. “Just requesting a refund” or “no longer needing the service” is not accepted.

2. No refund on Domains, VPS, or Reseller Services

The following services are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Domain Registrations, Renewals, or Transfers
  • VPS / Cloud Servers
  • Root Reseller or Hosting Reseller Plans
  • Dedicated Servers
  • Any add-on or service involving one-time provisioning

These services involve third-party, instant provisioning and cannot be reversed, which is why refunds are not applicable.

3. Conditions required for refund approval

Your refund request may be approved only if:

  • You provide details showing your website/script is not functioning on our server.
  • Our support team verifies the issue from the backend.
  • We are unable to resolve the technical issue within a reasonable time.

If the issue is caused by:

  • Incorrect script configuration
  • Unsupported or nulled scripts
  • Bugs in your website code
  • Custom requirements not supported by shared hosting

Then refund will not be issued.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact our support team within 7 days of purchase:

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

5. Additional notes

  • Refund is issued only to the original payment method.
  • If you violate our Terms of Service, refund becomes invalid.
  • Any promotional discounts or coupons are non-refundable.
  • If a free domain was included, domain cost will be deducted from the refund.
